Advy Chemical has 75 personnel at its production facility, spread over 16000 sq.ft. in Thane, an industrial suburb of Mumbai. The facility is segregated into separate departments for the production of antigen products, Antisera and cell culture derived products respectively. In addition to this, there is a department dedicated to research and development as well as a separate department for the isolation and purification of HBsAg. Each department is well equipped for the large scale production of all our existing products, with the flexibility to incorporate the new products being continuously developed at Advy.

The antigen department can produce close to 400 grams of CRP alone, in addition to a range of other products. To facilitate this level of production, trained personnel regularly handle up to 3000 litres of body fluids, which serves as raw material for a majority of our protein products, per month.

Advy Chemical has its own goat farm with 300 goats dedicated to the production of its Antisera. The farm has its own team of veterinary doctors and trained personnel that look after the gamut of operations from immunization to plasmapheresis. The efficient management of the farm enables the Antisera department at Advy to produce large amounts of quality anti sera to meet the specific demands of its customers.

The recently developed cell culture facility is fully equipped to handle the large scale manufacturing of its cell culture derived products. The facility also has the additional resources to serve as a manufacturing unit for outsourcing operations.
